I can't find where to enter 2016 teacher recertification expenses

Help always says to use the "Jump to Job related expenses" but I never get that option.

If the "jump to" option doesn't show for you in the search box, you may instead use the Topic Search feature.

1. Click on My Account in the blue bar at the top
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Topic Search
4. Search for 2106 and then click on Go
   
5. Follow the prompts

You search for "2106" because it is entered in Form 2106. For more information, you may reference  What is Form 2106? (Job-related expenses)
