I bought a new car in 2017. Should I use the number on my new car's itemized list of amounts financed for sales tax deduction?

On the bill of sale, it shows the itemized list of amounts financed. I see sales tax here, is the amount I should enter into Turbotax for "Sales tax paid?"

Yes, you can use the sales tax amount from the purchase/finance agreement for the sales tax deduction!
