I am a registered nurse. How do I enter this into turbotax to get my $1000 credit for year 2022? Thank you.

What $1000 credit?  There is no such federal credit.  If your state has a credit for nurse it will be on your state return.  You have not mentioned what state you are in.

When you enter your occupation make sure to enter 'nurse' or some variation of it.  When you have finished your federal return and begun your New Mexico return it will ask if you are a resident.  

It will then ask several questions including "I met the qualifications to claim the nurse credit."  Since you did you'll check that box.  

Then, after several other steps, it will ask for the employer identification number of the accredited hospital you work at.  You can get that from your W2.  And that's it.  The credit is added to your return.
