Yes, since your income was reported on a 1099-MISC (box 7) then you can write off the mileage to and from the pharmacy as a business expense.  However, you will have to upgrade to TurboTax Self-Employed (online) or TurboTax Home & Business (desktop version).

As an independent contractor you are considered self employed by the IRS. You have the choice of two methods, to claim vehicle expenses. The first option is mileage. You can deduct the miles driven for business. The other option is claiming all your actual expenses such as gas, tires, interest, etc.
