I am a Chinese student studying in U.S. I am a resident alien for tax purposes. I wonder if the Foreign Treaty form 8843 and 8833 will be included in the Deluxe Version.

No, TurboTax does not support neither of the two forms, unfortunately.  You will need to dowload the forms from IRS website, fill them out and attach to your printed tax return.

Here are the instructions: 

1.  Report your full income. Then enter the treaty exempt amount as negative amount ( -5000) under                                            Federal Taxes / Less Common Income / Miscellaneous Income 1099A, 1099C / Other Reportable Income

2.  Fill in Form 8833 or 8843  from IRS webiste to claim an exception.  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8833.pdf

3.  Submit everything by mail to the designated IRS location on your Form 1040 print out.
