I accidentally added our FSA as an HSA -how do I correct this? Just figured out I needed to delete form 8889 so issue is resolved.

Not sure if you are saying that you have already resolved the issue or if you need steps to delete a form to resolve the issue.  I think its the former but here are steps to remove a form in MAC desktop (the program it shows you are using) just in case.

For a MAC desktop, 

• Load up your tax return on your computer
• Switch to "Forms" mode - the icon in top left corner of your program
• You should now see a list of the forms in your return on the left-hand side of the program
• Find the Form 8889 you wish to delete and click on it
• This should bring up the Form 8889 in your active window
• Click on the Forms option on your menu (top of your screen you should see your Apple icon, then TurboTax, then File, Edit, View, Forms, Easystep, Flags, Window, and Help - click Forms)
• There should be an option to Remove the Form 8889 from the dropdown menu under Forms
