No, you do not report your HSA distributions as income on its own. If you have contributions to your HSA through your employer, this is reported on your W-2 and entered into TurboTax there. If you make the contributions yourself, you will have a statement from the account to refer to. If you used your HSA during 2021 you will have a 1099-SA that reports the distributions. You need to enter all your information to be sure you get the tax benefits you are due, and that you have not exceeded any limits.
