How to enter personal property tax for cars

For 2020 Federal Taxes, the referenced "Cars and Other Thing You Own" as the location to input Personal Property Tax Payments on cars does not show up. Where is it and how to I input these taxes?

Sorry, I meant to ask about doing 2021 taxes, not 2020.

Although auto registration fees aren’t deductible in some states, you're allowed to claim the personal property tax you paid annually based on the value of your car.
