How do I trigger the Colorado Innovative Motor Vehicle credit form (DR 0617) within TurboTax Premier 2020?

In the Colorado state tax section, look for the page that says "Take a look at Colorado credits and taxes."

The Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit is on he list.

The state innovative motor vehicle income tax credit is intended to reduce the cost of alternative fuel vehicles and incentivize their purchase.  A credit is available for:

 - the purchase or lease of an alternative fuel vehicle,
 - a motor vehicle that is converted to use alternative fuel, or
 - the replacement of the power source with a power source that uses alternative fuel.
