How do i remove the homebuyer credit repayment

When did you move out?  Did you report the move on form 5405 in the year you moved out?  Are you being rejected for not including a payment this year?

What exactly do you mean by "im am [no] longer filing the house on my taxes"? Did you move out, or did something else happen to make you no longer have to repay the credit? Do you still own the home?
