Here's how:

From the Left side menu select Tax Tools choose "Tools"
pop up screen "Tools Center"
select "Topic List" 
Your Deductions & Credits
"Tax Breaks" 
scroll down to "Import ItsDeductible Online".

Instructions don't work with standalone version -- there is no "Tools Center"

Found it -- It's under Files/Import/Import from ItsDeductible

To enter charitable donations -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Charitable Donations
On Import from ItsDeductible Online, click on the start or update button
