How do i get rid of form 8889-s if i don't need it but it keeps popping up

i don't need 8889-s form but i have to keep reviewing it, how do i get rid of it?

Delete the Form 8889

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

1. On the menu bar on the left that shows.
2. 
3. Select Tax Tools
4. On the drop-down select Tools
5. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
6. This will give you all of the forms in your return
7. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
8. Select the Form 8889-S
9. Click on Delete.
10. Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
