I received a 1099MISC for my rental. Turbo Tax insists this 1099MISC belongs to my husband, even though I say it belongs to me. The rental property is in both my name and my husband's name. But only my name is on the contract and the 1099MISC. How can I fix this?
Thank you so much.

It doesn't matter. Since you are filing jointly, it is considered to be owned by both of you. On the actual form, there is no way to indicate who the property belongs to.
