How do I fix this question? Form 140NR "Tax refund2 - AZ amount should not exceed the federal amount on return" (line 18 -Fed =$0 AZ=$2442)?

This is the Arizona portion of the state tax refund reported on your federal return.

If you were not required to report this as income on your federal return, you would not enter anything for Arizona.
