How do I find out if the seller paid my points for the house i bought?

This would be disclosed on your settlement statement. Look to the loan costs section A on the settlement form, in the column 'Paid by others'.

If you closed with a HUD-1 form, points paid are in section 800, and broken into borrower and seller columns.
