how do I edit my HSA deduction?

There is a screen in the HSA interview titled, "Let's enter [name]'s HSA contributions". There are two lines here:

1. The top line is the amount of HSA contributions by payroll deduction. This amount comes from box 12 (code W) on your W-2, and it cannot be changed here in the HSA interview. As an aside, this amount is called by the IRS to be the "employer contribution", without regard to the possibility that it was contributed by you and not your employer. It is given this terminology because all payroll deductions (no matter the source) are handle the same way.

2. The second lines is the amount of your "personal" contributions, that is, contributions that you made directly to your HSA and not through your employer. Note that no dollars in the box 12/code W amount should be entered here as a personal contribution.

I tell you this because I am not sure what you think "personal HSA deduction" is - it is very commonly misunderstood as I think you can see.

In the third hand (?), it's possible that you are referring to the HSA Summary screen, which lists all the values at the end of the HSA interview, but inexplicably says that they can be changed here. As you can see, no, they can't be changed here - you have to start the HSA interview over and change values as you go through it a second time.
