How do I delete the mortgage credit certificate field?

I somehow selected this is error and I cant figure out how to delete it.

How do I delete the mortgage credit certificate field?

See if there is a Form 8396 in the list of your forms and schedules and if it there you can delete the form

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
