How do i claim my WI veterans property tax credit?

As you go through the Wisconsin interview, you will (eventually) come to a screen entitled "Take a look at Wisconsin credits and taxes". At the bottom under the subheading Other Credits, there is an entry for "Veterans and Surviving Spouses Property Tax Credit". Click Start and go through the interview.

I am not seeing a way to attach the certificate and copy of our property tax record. Can this be done with e-filing? Or do we need to submit our Wisconsin taxes through snail mail?
