As you go through the Wisconsin interview, you will (eventually)
come to a screen entitled "Take a look at Wisconsin credits and
taxes". At the bottom under the subheading Other Credits, there is an entry
for "Veterans and Surviving Spouses Property Tax Credit". Click
Start and go through the interview.
