How do I add a new vehicle once I have already passed the personal info section?

Why are you adding anything about a vehicle? You posted your question from online Deluxe, so it does not look like you are entering business expenses. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to add an EV for the EV credit?

In order to enter information about an electric vehicle that you have purchased you will need to go to the 'Deductions & Credits' section. Once there, scroll down to 'Cars and Other Things You Own'. You can enter information about your electric vehicle purchase by clicking start next to 'Energy-Efficient Vehicles'.
