How can i claim my car registration fees

I am trying to file my car registration fee but it will not allow me. It keeps saying standard deduction is my best option.

Standard deduction is between $6,300-$12,600. If your car registration fees plus the few other itemized deductions (mortgage interest & property taxes), aren't more than that amount - the software gives you the best option; the standard deduction. 

There are a few other itemized deductions but TurboTax will ask you in a way that says, "Do you have medical expenses more than $X,YZY." because it's calculating the amount you would need to have for them to impact your deduction (so you don't waste your time).
