Hi, I do not know why my refund does not change when I put some deductions for example tools for work or cell phone?

Employee business expenses are no longer deductible on a federal tax return due to the tax code changes for tax year 2018 thru 2025.  Except for Armed Forces reservists, qualified performing artists, fee-basis state or local government officials, and employees with impairment-related work expenses.
