I started a job last March and accidentally filed exempt and did not realize it till Oct. I made around 24000 and by the time I realized I was filing exempt and changed it it was around Oct. On my w2form it says I made 24000 and withheld bout 1500 in taxes. Am I gonna owe the irs?

You might.... we cannot say because we cannot see any of your other information.   We do not know your filing status or whether you have dependents, etc. etc. etc    But ----there is nothing to do be done about it now.   Sounds like you corrected the problem going forward at least.   Prepare your tax return and enter all of your information to see how it turns out,
