No if you are an employee.

Up to tax year 2017, job-related expenses were deductible as an itemized deduction subject to the 2% of AGI floor.

Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, itemized deductions for job-related expenses subject to the 2% of AGI floor are suspended for expenses incurred after December 31, 2017 through 2025.

Therefore, your expenses for working from home as an employee are no longer deductible for tax year 2024 on your Federal return.

If you're self-employed, these expenses can be deducted, and if you qualify, you can also claim a home office deduction.

If you are an employee, no.

If you are self-employed, probably no.  Your home office must be your main place of business.  If you have an office or normal job site you could go to, that is your main place of work and you generally don't qualify for the home office deduction.  There are some exceptions and the rules are discussed here.
