Gym membership deduction

So i have 2 gym memberships, one for crossfit hillsboro and another for planet fitness. I have a letter from my doctor stating that i need these gyms to improve my cardiovascular health and weight. do i qualify and if so where do i enter my deduction?

Gym membership deduction

 You must first qualify this as a medical expense :

  • Your doctor must first  diagnose you with a specific medical condition that makes  gym membership a  medically necessary .treatment.
  • You must have written proof from your doctor of your gym membership being "prescribed" to treat your specific  condition
  • You must not have previously (before your diagnosis} held a gym membership . .
