This year we started babysitting for our daughter's child at her residence while she is at work 5 days a week. She is a single mom. We do not receive any payment from her and will not except any payments as we enjoy the company of our Grandchild. As she lives 10 miles away from us, can we deduct driving mileage to and from her residence? Also is there any income issue for us even though we receive no money from her?

No, you cannot deduct driving to take care of your grandchild. If no money is changing hands you have nothing to enter on a tax return about this. Just enjoy your grandchild. They grow too fast!
No, you cannot claim the mileage. No, if you didn't receive money then you have no income to report.
