I know FSA contributions reduce my Federal Taxable Income... but do they also reduce Taxable Income in NJ?

FSA in NJ

No, contributions to most Section 125 plans are not tax deductible in New Jersey, so these amounts are added back to federal income to make NJ income. See this NJ webpage.
