Form 5695 Available but doesn't work

Just wanted to complain. Turbo-tax offers the 5695 energy credit form but many of the lines won't accept data (like the heat pump and insulation cost). I just wasted two hours and then found through Community that the form's not final yet. Couldn't Turbotax have warned me first???
