Form 1099R . Need to remove Payors country from form. Keeps saying foreign info showing

How to open form to  correct?

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

Follow these steps to access a 1099-R:

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
• Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages & income.
• Scroll down to Retirement Plans Social Security.  Click the down arrow to the right.
• Click Start / Revisit to the right of IRA 401K Pension Plan Withdrawals.
• Click Edit to the right of the entry.

Make sure that Address type correctly reports U.S. address.
