Hello,

Can I claim my children's (dependents) education tax credit (form 1098- T) if my wife and I are married filing separately?

No, if you are married and file a separate return, you cannot claim any education credits.

My wife and I can't even claim ou kids' education tax credits or use our kids' form 1098- T at all?

Only if you would file a joint return.  When you file separate, the IRS specifically excludes certain tax credits.  The education credits are one of them. Others include the Earned Income Tax Credit and the Child and Dependent Care Credit.
