Foreign Taxes Paid reported on 1099-Div Line 7. Where to report on Form 1065

Wher is this amount reported on From 1065? The 1099-Div received is for a partnership LLC return. Is it appropriate to report on "all other expenses" section or is there a specific line it needs to be reported on? It is not obvious in the turbo tax business product where to report it.

The LLC is a passthru, right? So the LLC isn't going to "deduct" it ... you just need to get the info to the members' k1s, right?
