Foreign Tax Credit

My turbotax keeps trying to give me a $1 Foreign Tax Credit.  I tried Googling- found a page that tells that person to delete the 1116 form manually.  I went there and a 1116 form does not exist for me.  How do I get rid of this Foreign Tax Credit?

Do you have a 1099-DIV with $1 of foreign tax paid in box 7? If so, the $1 foreign tax credit, without Form 1116, is correct.

I found it!  Robinhood - $0.75 of foreign tax paid on line 7.  I don't even know why I paid 0.75 tax but I am guessing one of the companies had some business out of country.
