For the question, "How many months did your child live with you in the USA in 2024?

Hi, I was 9 months outside of the US and my son was with me as well, both are citizen so what months should I enter in there. I am not a military person.

You will need to answer that he lived with you IN the US for 3 months if you were out of the country for 9 months.

When it asks questions for each child, a question appears: 'was a foster child'. Is this asking if they were ever in foster care, or just in foster care last year?
