federal vs state accepted and one pending

I. My federal got accepted but my state still says  pending and its past the days for the 24-48 hour window..... does that mean my state is gonna get rejected ..

No, pending status doesn't necessarily mean that your state will be rejected. ‌Typically, some states may take several days to be accepted after the federal.
