Hi,
For year 2022, due to working with 2 employers - my social security withholding was more than the yearly limit. While I understand I can get the excess withholding back while filing - the Washington state paid family and medical leave premiums which are linked to the social security earning cap were deducted in excess too.
How do I claim the employee portion of the excess WA state PFML withholding on my turbo tax return ? It is an extra ~$300.

You can't get your paid family and medical leave (PFML) refunded on your tax return. However, you can contact the Washington State PFML customer care team by e-mail at paidleave@esd.wa.gov or call them at 813-717-2273 to request the return of excess contributions.
Thanks for the response.
I did reach out to them earlier, but they punted saying that they do not refund excess withholding and I need to contact my employer. Seems like there is no good way to get the excess withholding back.
Can you clarify if you contacted your employers about the refund? @sjason
I did in the past - have contacted them again to see if they can assist in any way.
