That seems correct. Either you entered extra contributions, or your month by month coverage is wrong.
Did you enter your contributions twice in Turbotax? For example, did you have payroll deductions and also report direct contributions later in the program? Payroll deductions should only be reported on your W-2, not also later in the program.
Also, you need to make sure the program knows what kind of coverage you had all year. You might have single coverage, or family coverage, or you might have changed coverage. Check the interview, you should see a column of boxes where you check "Self", "Family", or "other" for each of the 12 months of 2022. There may also be a column for your spouse. Even if your spouse is enrolled in medicare for all of 2022, your eligibility is determined by what kind of insurance coverage you had for each of the 12 months (single HDHP, family HDHP, or something else).
