The "Other income taxes" column shows an amount for 2019 although none of the categories that would generate it apply to me. Also, an amount for "Pensions, taxable" is shown that is not correct. Where is this information coming from? I used TurboTax in 2018 and that info was picked up.

1) The "Other Income Taxes" includes all federal and State/local tax withholding you entered on any W-2 or 1099-R or SSA-1099 or W-2G forms you entered (plus a few others) so it;'s mostly withholding already entered elsewhere, and not on that page. (it "can" also include any balance due you paid for 2018 state/local taxes for 2018, but paid in 2019....or a 4th Qtr Estimated payment made to your state in Jan of 2019...but FOR 2018 state taxes).
2) The 2019 Column on the menu page, shows all distributions, taxable or not, rollover or not. If, instead, you are talking about the "Here's a Picture of Your 2019 Income" page...if something is showing there that should not be "federal" taxable, because of a rollover, or a Roth distribution, or a basis in a plan that is not being reflected properly, then you'd have to edit any and all 1099-R forms you entered, and make sure all answers to each one's followup page are entered properly.
IF you can identify which one is causing the problem, then perhaps some one can help, if you define what the 1099-R was for, the type of account, and what was done with the $$ that makes you think that part ,or all of it was not taxable.
Thanks, this is helpful.
