In 2018 I owned two properties. Property A was my primary home. Property B was a vacation home. In 2018 I did extensive renovations on property B. New Energy savings devices. In 2021 property B became my primary home. (Sold PropertyA.). Now the property B is now my primary home can I deduct energy savings devices that were done in 2018 when it wasn't my primary residence? I didn't deduct them in 2018,19 or 20.

No. The credit must be claimed in the year the work was performed, based on your eligibility.

No, to take a credit you must take the credit in the year you made the improvement.

Also, since your property did not qualify for those years since it was not your principal residence during that time, you would not be able to go back and amend your returns to take the credit.
