I am a more that 2% owner of an S-Corp. The S-Corp paid health insurance premiums and included those in my W2 income as described in the IRS 1040 instructions
If you are a more-than-2% shareholder in an S corporation, the policy can be
either in your name or in the name of the
S corporation. You can either pay the
premiums yourself or the S corporation
can pay them and report them as wages.
According to the IRS I should enter those on line 16, but I cannot find a way to enter this in Turbo Tax Premier. I tried in both 2020 and 2021 versions of TurboTax thinking that maybe the 2021 version was still not complete.
All of the other answers that I see are for cases when the employee pays the premiums, which is not my case.
Does anyone know how I can enter a value on line 16?

If you are a more-than-2% shareholder in an S corporation, the policy can be
either in your name or in the name of the S corporation. You can either pay the premiums yourself (WRONG IF THE S-CORP DOES NOT REIMBURSE YOU - THEN NO DEDUCTION) or the S corporation can pay them and report them as wages.
if you pay them yourself the S-Corp must reimburse you and include them on form W-2 (notice 2008-1)
Notice 2008-1 states that if the shareholder purchased the health insurance in his own name and paid for it with his own funds, the shareholder would not be allowed an above-the-line deduction. Similarly, if the shareholder purchased the health insurance in his own name but the S corporation either directly paid for the health insurance or reimbursed the shareholder for the health insurance and also included the premium payment in the shareholder's W-2, the shareholder would be allowed an above-the-line deduction.
The bottom line is that in order for a shareholder to claim an above-the-line deduction, the health insurance premiums must ultimately be paid by the S corporation and must be reported as taxable compensation in the shareholder's W-2.
the health insurance does not get entered through the w-2 nor directly on line 16 of schedule 1 but through the k-1 for the S-Corp. in forms mode theRE is a Quickzoom link to enter the health insurance. in step-by-step mode there should be a question about health insurance when you get to the K-1 questions.

Forms => Schedule 1
right click on Line 16 => Data Source => Step 1 Add SE Health and LTC Insurance Dedn Wks =>next
Select my K1 => finish
I definitely would not have found that without your help.
Thank you
Making any entries directly in the FORMS mode voids the accuracy guarantee and may stop you from efiling ... if you follow the interview in the K-1 entry section it will lead you all the way ...
