I have a ford fusion energy, I checked IRS web page and it is included but I do not know where I can put this info to get the deduction, thanks

Please follow steps below for electric car deductions:

1. Type electric car in the search box (see pic) - you must be logged in and IN your tax return
2. Select Jump to electric car blue link - and follow interview questions.

Otherwise, the data entry is located in the:

1. Federal Taxes
2. Deductions and Credits
3. Card and Other Things You Own
4. Energy-Efficient Vehicles
