So I realized after I filed my taxes that I did not add that I was for 2019 (because I did not and will not receive a 1098T I forogt). My husband got $2000 for a being a full time student. If I amend my return would I get the same? I'm trying to figure out if it is worth amending my taxes.

It's hard to tell. It depends on if you qualify for an education credit or not. You say you will not receive a 1098-T, why is that? You are not required to have a 1098-T for the Lifetime Learning Credit, but this credit can only help in reducing you tax to 0. After your tax has been reduced to 0, there is no additional benefit.
Per the school I did not receive a 1098-T because I did not get any scholarships or grants for last year. So it may not be worth my time because since I didn't get any scholarships most likely I did not pay any taxes on my education so I would not get any money back. If I'm misunderstanding please let me know.
Did you pay tuition out of pocket? If so, you want to report this, but will need a 1098-T with an amount in box 1.
