Schwab notified me all of my 1099B, DIV, INT, etc are ready to download. I downloaded the pdf but would prefer to import them directly into TurboTax saving me the effort to do it manually. BUT Turbo Tax says they won't be ready until February 14th. Do I really have to wait two weeks for Turbo Tax to get their act together? How can I override Turbo Tax and import my 1099's now?

Although you might be able to view or print your information from the website, most banks, brokerages and other financial institutions do not have the data formatted for import into tax software before sometime in February. So if you are wanting to enter it sooner, you have to key it in by hand. Or….wait until it is available for import.
Thank You, I didn't consider there was an import formatting issue on the providers side. Once again, Thanks.
