Does dependent FSA claims after the end of the year go to form 2441 line 14?

I have dependent care FSA from Jan 2019 to Mar 2020 (claim by May 2020). I have submitted all claims in Jan and April 2020 for childcare expenses in 2019. Does this amount go to line 14?

This is asked when entering W2 (Did you have a Flexible Spending Account to pay for child or dependent care & How much money did you have leftover at the end of the year? ) Should I enter the reimbursed amounts in 2020 here (line 14), or should I enter 0 because it mentions in the help that 'Do not include any amounts you expect to be reimbursed at a future date'?

I checked with FSA provider, and they mentioned that the amount is not forfeited as it is in grace period and expenses for 2019 is reimbursed, hence form 2441 line 14 should be 0.

Your FSA provider is correct, line 14 should be zero.

You used up your 2019 FSA with 2019 child care expenses.

Thanks a lot for the answer. If I did have an amount in line 14 past year (2018 FSA with 2018 child care expenses reimbursed during grace period in 2019), do I need to amend that return and report zero in line 14? If yes, what kind of supporting documentation needs to be provided? Thanks!
