Yes, as far as the age limit is concerned. The qualifying child must be under age 19 for the earned income credit age test.

@ThomasM125 what about 19-23 year old that are full time students or those that are permanently and totally disabled? eligible for EITC???

Did she turn 17 in 2024 ? Has to be under 17 on Dec 31 to get the Child Tax Credit CTC.
