Do I only claim bills I already paid last year or all of the bills received? I received thousands of dollars in medical bills in 2017. I have not paid all of them.

You can only claim medical expenses in the year in which they are paid, not the year billed.

You can only claim medical expenses in the year in which they are paid, not the year billed.
