Do I have to pay vouchers if I do not sell another property in 2018?

Do you mean the estimated tax vouchers? If so, then no they are not required to be paid if you don't feel that you will need them for 2018.

They print automatically if there was a spike in your income for things like stock/property sales, retirement distributions, etc.
