On the info worksheet it says, "Disaster Tax Relief" The box is checked I did not check it. It will not allow me to uncheck it. I have been dealing with this since the beginning of January. I've called in on multiple occasions and not 1 person has given me the correct answer to get rid of this checked box. I have done and of the steps from previous post and none of them have worked. This is stopping me from filing my return. I can say I'm at the point I just want my money back.

correct, but your statement was given with no sort of resolution. So how do we move forward with this? get our money back and re file or go elsewhere? At this point getting my money back is what I would like to see happen.
