For some users with new errors appearing on assets that had prior year Special Depreciation Allowance claimed, a workaround identified is to uncheck all of these boxes on both of these lines in the worksheet, leaving them blank:



This thread seems like there could be other issues taking place. @jenecrook can you share more about why the depreciation isn't working for you? Any specific error messages you can post here?

I am still getting the error reference in this thread.  My situation is similar to users who have issues with fully depreciated assets. I have the TurboTax Deluxe 2025 version.  I checked for software updates and it says my version is up to date.  Any other resolution assistance you can provide to me to resolved these errors?  Thank you!

At this time, the work-around posted previously by Expert MelindaS1 is working best for all assets (even when fully-depreciated). Have you tried that process?
