Depreciation taken on THIS property. Does it mean the depreciaton taken on the building only or also the depreciation taken on equipment, refrigerator, furniture,etc?Thks

No, when you sell, you will use the asset summary to edit each asset related to the property, and will allocate portions of the sale price and sale expenses to each asset.
