I am 65 years old and on disability, I supported my 43 year old son all of 2024. Can I get a refund, or should I even bother filing?

You won't be able to get a refundable credit for an adult child, so if you do not have a filing requirement (you don't), there is no reason to file a return.

I am missing the other dependent credit, in 2024 I was able to claim my parent with just the ITIN but this year I am not getting a credit. Is there a change for 2025?
